Comentarii: This is by far the best edition of Ţuţea's essays, with a serious, academic critical apparatus. Colosenco knows what the readers expect and edited the texts with care. This edition contains exhaustive notes about the source of the various texts with biographical details on all the personalities mentioned in the correspondence. Some of these are exceedingly subjective (i.e. the note on  Aurel Baranga). Printing errors are relatively minor. The Postface is an unusual text about Ţuţea by his friend, Sorin Pavel.
